1. Acceptance

By accessing or purchasing from tashvii.in, you agree to these terms.

2. Prepaid Orders

We accept prepaid orders only via UPI, Cards, Net Banking, and Wallets. Cash on Delivery (COD) is not offered.

3. Made to Order

All products are made to order. Cancellations are accepted only within 2 hours of placement.

4. Pricing

All prices are in INR and inclusive of GST. We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time.

5. Shipping

Orders dispatch within 5–7 business days. Delivery times vary by location. We are not liable for courier delays.

6. Returns & Replacements

Refer to our Replacement Policy. We follow a strict no-returns policy. Replacements only for damages, defects, and wrong items reported within 48 hours of delivery with unboxing video.

7. Intellectual Property

All designs, graphics, and content on this site are the property of TASHVII COLLECTIVE. Unauthorized reproduction is prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

TASHVII shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from product use.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai.
