We're a made-to-order brand. Every piece is printed and packed specifically for you, which means we follow a strict NO-RETURNS policy. Replacements are available only under the conditions below.
No Returns. Replacements Only.
Report eligible issues within 48 hours of delivery with an unboxing video & photos. No exceptions.
Eligible for Replacement
Damaged product during transit
Wrong product delivered
Manufacturing defects (stitching, print, fabric flaws)
NOT Eligible for Replacement
Size issues — please refer to the size chart before ordering
Color or print expectation mismatches (slight tonal variation is normal)
Change of mind or accidental purchase
Items damaged due to washing/care not per instructions
Reports made after the 48-hour window
How to Raise a Replacement

Record an unboxing video
Capture the sealed package being opened in one continuous shot.

Once approved, we dispatch a replacement within 5–7 business days at no cost.
Unboxing video is mandatory. Claims without one will not be processed.
