What payment options does TASHVII offer?

You can pay in full via UPI, Cards, Net Banking, or Wallets — all secured by Razorpay. We also offer a Part-COD plan: pay 40% as advance at checkout and the remaining 60% in cash at the time of delivery.

How does Part-COD (40% advance + 60% on delivery) work?

At checkout, select the Part-COD option. You will pay 40% of the order value online to confirm production. The remaining 60% is collected in cash by our delivery partner when your order is delivered. The advance is non-refundable once production begins.

Can I return a product?

We follow a strict NO-RETURNS policy. Returns are not accepted for any reason — including size issues, color expectations, or change of mind. Replacements are available only for damaged products, wrong items delivered, or manufacturing defects.

How does the replacement policy work?

Report any damage, wrong item, or defect within 48 hours of delivery with a clear unboxing video and photos. Our team will review and ship a replacement at no cost. No replacement after 48 hours.

How long does shipping take?

Made-to-order pieces dispatch within 3–5 business days. Delivery takes another 2–5 days depending on your PIN code. Free shipping on eligible orders above ₹1,499.

What sizes do you offer?

We offer S, M, L, XL, XXL in oversized fits. Check the size chart on each product page. We do NOT offer replacements for size issues — please measure carefully.

Are the prints durable?

Yes. We use plastisol screen prints on 240–380 GSM combed cotton, rated for 50+ machine washes. Wash inside-out in cold water for best results.

Can I cancel my order?

Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placement. After that, production has begun and cancellation is not possible.
