Why is TASHVII prepaid only?

Our prepaid-only model lets us focus on premium product quality and ship orders faster. It also reduces logistics waste and returns abuse. We accept UPI, Cards, Net Banking, and Wallets — all secured by Razorpay.

Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?

No. We have completely disabled COD to ensure faster dispatch, lower costs, and a premium customer experience.

Can I return a product?

We follow a strict NO-RETURNS policy. Returns are not accepted for any reason — including size issues, color expectations, or change of mind. Replacements are available only for damaged products, wrong items delivered, or manufacturing defects.

How does the replacement policy work?

Report any damage, wrong item, or defect within 48 hours of delivery with a clear unboxing video and photos. Our team will review and ship a replacement at no cost. No replacement after 48 hours.

How long does shipping take?

Made-to-order pieces dispatch within 5–7 business days. Delivery takes another 2–5 days depending on your PIN code. Free shipping on prepaid orders above ₹1,499.

What sizes do you offer?

We offer S, M, L, XL, XXL in oversized fits. Check the size chart on each product page. We do NOT offer replacements for size issues — please measure carefully.

Are the prints durable?

Yes. We use plastisol screen prints on 240–380 GSM combed cotton, rated for 50+ machine washes. Wash inside-out in cold water for best results.

Can I cancel my order?

Accepted Answer

Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placement. After that, production has begun and cancellation is not possible.
